Overview:
The 11days safari starts with Amboseli National Park, it is famous for its huge herds of elephant
and the view of Mt. Kilimanjaro which is the tallest mountain in Africa and the biggest majestic
standing mountain in the world best viewed from Amboseli. Wildlife and birds to be seen here
includes Maasai giraffe, hyenas, lions fringe-eared Oryx, and over 400 species of birds. The
phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai Mara is the
wonder of the world.
 Destination – Amboseli National Park, Aberdare National Park, Samburu National Park,
Mount Kenya National Park, Mount Kenya, Lake Naivasha, Lake Bogoria Maasai Mara
Game Reserve.

Day 1: Welcome to Kenya

You will be picked by Kubwa Five Safaris representative at the airport. After a short introduction, you will be transferred by air-conditioned private vehicle to Best Western Meridian in Nairobi.

Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast at the hotel in Nairobi, you depart for Amboseli National Park to arrive in time for lunch. At 4 o’clock depart for the evening game drive and exploration of this national park which is famous for its huge herds of elephants Amboseli National Park is famous for its huge herds of elephant and the view of Mt. Kilimanjaro which is the tallest mountain in Africa and the biggest majestic standing mountain in the world best viewed from Amboseli. Wildlife and birds to be seen here includes, Maasai giraffe, hyenas, lions fringe-eared Oryx and over 400 species of birds Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Hotel

Day 3: Amboseli National Park to Aberdare National Park

This day you will enjoy early breakfast and check out from your hotel. You will proceed to Aberdare national park and enjoy hot lunch. The afternoon spent in the lodge.Dinner and overnight at Aberdare Treetop hotel

Day 4: Aberdare National Park – Samburu National Park

Soon after breakfast you will depart for Kenya popularly known as Samburu to arrive in time for lunch, Engage in an evening game drive. Do optional activities such as Samburu dances in the evening, cocktails, and sundowners. These 3 reserves (Buffalo Springs, Shaba, and Samburu) were helped put up by the Adamsons family; they are famous for rare species of animals only found in this semi-arid region. These are reticulated giraffe, Grevy zebra, gerenuk, Beisa Oryx, and blue-necked Somali ostrich amongst others. Dinner & Overnight – Samburu Sopa Lodge Samburu Sopa Lodge is located inside the Samburu National Reserve in Northern Kenya, Samburu Sopa lodge is built atop high ground allowing panoramic views of the vastness of Samburu shrub land and the hills beyond. The lodge is built to reflect the architectural heritage of the local communities whose sons and daughters make up the majority of the workforce at the lodge.  Fifteen cottages, each with two bedrooms are built in an arch formation on either side of the public areas to surround the waterhole but leaving a wide gap to allow the animals’ free movement to the water.

Day 5: Full Day at Samburu National Park

After breakfast, you depart with packed lunch which you will enjoy in the park. Have a full day game drive chancing to see what you might not have seen the previous days. Take the morning and evening game drives and spend mid-day at the swimming pool. Enjoy optional activities such as visiting the Samburu villages and interacting with the Samburu communities, bird watching, and guide nature walks in the evening (payable direct). Later return for dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge

Day 6: Samburu National Park to Mount Kenya National Park

Enjoy the hot breakfast and depart for Mount Kenya. Check-in for lunch at Mt Kenya safari club. The afternoon spent in the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Mt Kenya safari club.

Day 7: Mount Kenya to Lake Naivasha

Early morning drive, take your breakfast, and commence to Lake Naivasha. Arriving at Lake Naivasha by midmorning for a bird walk before lunchtime. Lake Naivasha being a freshwater lake on the Rift floor is home to an incredible variety of species. Over 450 species have been recorded here. In the afternoon depart to visit Hells Gate National Park before returning for dinner and overnight stay at Naivasha Sopa lodge. Dinner and Overnight stay at Naivasha Sopa Lodge

Day 8: Lake Naivasha to Lake Bogoria to Lake Naivasha

Enjoy early morning breakfast and depart for Lake Bogoria. Enjoy packed lunch at Bogoria. The lake is famous for thousands of flamingos. You will walk and take wonderful photos from the banks of the lake. Return later to the Naivasha Sopa lodge and overnight

Day 9: Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara

Enjoy your breakfast and enjoy I hour of boat riding at Lake Naivasha. Later depart for Maasai mara national reserve. You will enjoy hot lunch in Narok town before proceeding to the Maasai mara national reserve. Enjoy afternoon game drives and later proceed to your lodge for check-in and dinner. Maasai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourist destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserves of the western escarpment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya's wildlife viewing areas. The annual wildebeest's migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildebeest migration is a a spectacular event only seen in Maasai Mara is the wonder of the world. Dinner and overnight at Jambo Safari Lodge, Simba Oryx Maasai Mara, or AA Lodge Mara.

Day 10: Game Drive In Maasai Mara

Spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the Big Five and get driven to the most interior part. When there is migration, the driver takes you next to the river where you enjoy this seventh wonder of the world. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty sited at the banks of Mara river. In the evening, Visit the local Maasai village for a Maasai cultural tour. Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people. A overnight at the Maasai village can be organized upon request. Optional: A balloon safari at USD 380 per person can be organized early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures. Dinner and overnight at Jambo Safari Lodge, Simba Oryx Maasai Mara, or AA Lodge Mara

Day 11: Departure

After breakfast, you will be driven back to Nairobi where you will be dropped off at the airport for your scheduled flight home.
