Your guide will meet you at Maun international airport and transfer you to Sitatunga Camp, where you unpack, shower, and relax. Sitatunga Camp is nestled in riverine forest along the Thamalakane River, a sidearm of the mighty Okavango River. *Optional scenic flight over the Okavango Delta in the afternoon (pre-arrangements required). We depart Maun early towards Gweta. Lunch en route. Close to Phuduhudu village we turn North and enter Nxaipan National Park. On our way to our campsite, we will already spot a variety of wildlife. Late afternoon we arrive at our camp, where you have time to shower before enjoying our dinner. (Overnight Nxaipan)
Early morning game drive before returning to camp at about 11:00hrs for a delicious brunch. This reserve is home to springbok, gemsbok, zebra, and all the predators. The only place in Botswana where springboks and impala can be spotted hanging around together. Time to relax during the day before we go for the afternoon game drive and enjoy a great sundowner. After breakfast, we leave the camp, and our route takes us on a fascinating day's drive. We stop en route at Kudiakam Pan, famous for its cluster of ancient Baobabs well known as Baines' Baobabs. Arrive late at our campsite in Makgakgadi Game Reserve. (Overnight Makgakgadi)
We spend the morning in search of wildlife before heading back to camp for our brunch. Afternoon at leisure, relax, shower before we go for the afternoon game drive. Sundowner along the Boteti River and where occasionally huge numbers of zebras can be spotted.(Overnight Makgakgadi)
After a delicious breakfast, it is time to pack up and go for a short drive before heading out towards Maun. Arrive in Sitatunga Camp late afternoon, time to freshen up before dinner is served. (Overnight Maun)
We make an early start and drive through traditional villages before entering Khwai Concession area.This area should provide sightings of wildlife.Our drive takes us along the Khwai river; arrive in camp in time to shower before dinner.( Overnight Khwai)
After breakfast, we continue our search for those that animals avoided us so far before returning to Camp for our delicious brunch. Afternoon game drive from 15:00 hrs till sunset. (Overnight Khwai).
After breakfast, we go for a lovely morning drive till about 11:00hrs when we return to camp for our lunch. Mokoro trip in the afternoon.! (Overnight Khwai)
After a quick breakfast, we pack up and go for a game drive before we leave Khwai towards Maun. Overnight in Maun at Sitatunga Camp en suite Chalet.
