About us: Ga-Thuli Guest House was established in 2015, it is located in Kanye in Mmalekwa ward, it is a facility of about 2000 Square Meters, it has both Standard Suites and Deluxe Suites, an 18 seat accommodation restaurant and an inside parking space which accommodates 12 vehicles all at once with ease.

As a facility we pride ourselves in the coddling & cosseting we proffer our clients, we do not compromise on quality service, we want our clients to experience authentic hospitality and leave with that experience and have a reason to come back.
Accommodation: Our facility has elegant accommodation, all of our rooms are very reposeful and alluring. Our standard rooms are fitted with comfortable orthopedic double beds with spine guard mattresses, mini fridge, electric kettle, bath tub, shower, flat screen TV with DSTV, WiFi and air-con. Our deluxe rooms are similar in setup to our standard rooms, the main difference is in the beds, our deluxe rooms boast cushy king size orthopedic beds with spine guard mattresses, mini fridge, electric kettle, bath tub, shower, flat screen TV with DSTV, WiFi and air-con.

Booking & Checking Policy Our check-in time is 3PM and out check-out time is 10Am. When a client cancels a booking it is mandatory that they do it 2 days prior to the the check-in date. If they have had an emergency and the recommended cancellation time lapses they strongly advised to cancel their booking by 6PM and not after. Any check-out done at or post 12 Noon is considered the next day and the client is expected to pay for that day. The facility does not store food items, all meals are prepared upon request, when a client checks in they are highly advised to specify the meals they are going to desire. Code of Conduct For Clients. Guests are expected to respect the staff! No groping & No touching of staff member is allowed! If there is a grievance with a member of our staff a guest is advised to bring it before management. Upon arrival clients are expected to present an ID Guests are expected to follow the set rules & regulations of the facility. Guests are expected to respect the privacy & presence of other guests in all they do. Smoking Policy Smoking inside the rooms, the waiting area and the kitchen is not allowed. It is allowed in the open spaces like the garden. Drugs and Alcohol We have a strong policy against all illicit drugs!!! All illegal drugs are prohibited from the facility Alcohol is allowed in the facility Pets Pets are not allowed in the facility Anti-discrimination and Harassment We have a strong policy against any form of discrimination!!! If it becomes apparent that there is any form of discrimination in the facility the perpetrator will be removed from the facility with immediate effect.
